John Grubb

John Grubb, a trial and appellate attorney, represents clients in challenging Texas tax audit assessments before Texas’ administrative agencies, district courts, and appellate courts. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grubb worked for the Tennessee Department of Revenue where he drafted tax legislation and supervised the private letter ruling process and for a boutique firm in Houston where he gained extensive litigation experience.

Mr. Grubb frequently writes and speaks on Texas tax topics including the sales and franchise taxes.

Mr. Grubb is licensed in Texas, Tennessee, and Florida.
