Allison Cunningham is a trial attorney with Martens, Todd, Leonard & Ahlrich, a boutique tax litigation law firm located in downtown Austin, Texas. She and other members of her firm limit their law practices to challenging Texas audit assessments and pursuing refunds of overpaid Texas taxes. Ms. Cunningham also represents tax clients during audits and in administrative litigation before the State Office of Administrative Hearings, state district court, and the court of appeals.

Ms. Cunningham holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law. She is also an associate member of the Barbara Jordan Inn of Court and active member of Austin Young Lawyer’s Association and Travis County Women Lawyer’s Association.
